Employee Information 

1. All laboratory employees of Union College shall be informed of the location, content and requirement of the OSHA Lab Safety Standard (29 CFR 1910.1450) as well as the location of a copy of the Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Plan (LCHP).
   
   

2. All laboratory employees of Union College shall be informed of the location and availability of any known reference material on the hazards, safe handling, storage and proper disposal of hazardous chemicals found in the laboratory including, but not limited to. Material Safety Data Sheets received from the chemical supplier.
