Record Keeping

  1. Union College Department Chairpersons shall establish and maintain for each employee an accurate record of any measurements taken to monitor employee exposures and any medical consultation and examinations including tests or written opinions required by this standard. Copies of this information shall be forwarded to the Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Officer (LCHO) and the Campus Safety Department for their records and further disposition, if necessary.

  2. Monitoring and Medical Records must be kept, transferred, and made available in accordance with the applicable OSHA requirements.
