Union College Academy for Lifelong Learning (UCALL), established in 1988, is a membership-based program for adults who are committed to lifelong learning. Membership is open to any adult who wishes to continue learning in an intellectually stimulating environment. Courses cover a wide range of topics and are presented by its members, Union College professors or other qualified speakers. UCALL courses are non-credit and require no exams or pre-requisites. Classes are held for five 2-hour weekly sessions in the fall and spring.

Union College envisions UCALL as a way to serve the adult community of the capital district which it has been proud to be part of for over 200 years. The program is developed through active participation and direction by its members. UCALL is now over 300 members strong and continues in the Union College tradition of liberal arts and academic excellence.
