Saturday, June 12, 2010
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The Baccalaureate Commemoration will be held in Memorial Chapel
6:00 p.m.
A Baccalaureate Mass sponsored by the Catholic Chaplaincy will be held in Memorial Chapel.
8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
The Garnet Gala – Students, family members and guests are invited to the Garnet Gala on campus for dessert, music and dancing. The Alumni Affairs Office will send you information on this event before the end of April. Commencement Plans
A complete set of plans for commencement, including plans in the event of rain, instructions for the line of march, information about seating and line of march position for the graduates, maps to assembly locations for graduates, as well as information on indoor broadcasts of the ceremony and the location of on campus parking.
9:00 a.m.
Graduates and faculty assemble for the academic procession.
9:30 a.m.
The academic procession begins.
10:00 a.m.
Commencement exercises will be held in the Library Plaza. Immediately after the Ceremony, representatives of the College's academic departments will host a reception where the diplomas will be distributed to the graduates. The reception will be held in Rugby Field in good weather or in Memorial Fieldhouse in case of inclement weather.
