5-Year MBA
Union College, in partnership with the Union Graduate College, offers students the opportunity to complete an MBA in one additional year of study.
The five-year program enables a student to complete a bachelor�s degree (BA or BS in a liberal arts or engineering discipline) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
The program is designed for liberal arts and engineering students who have no business background or work experience. In this program, students learn problem-solving techniques directly applicable to contemporary organizations.
The curriculum consists of a well-balanced mixture of lectures, case studies, group projects, written student reports and computer models. Required internships are arranged to help students develop work experience prior to graduation.
The MBA program at the Union Graduate College is a small, high-quality management program emphasizing both quantitative and qualitative aspects of management.
The curriculum combines theory and applications in accounting, organizational theory, finance, economics, statistics, computers, and law.
