Making a Gift by Check
A personal check is a simple way to make a gift to The Union Fund. Checks should be made payable to Union College and mailed to:

The College will mail you a receipt acknowledging the amount of your gift.

Making a Gift by Credit Card
Union College accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Many donors reap benefits such as frequent flyer miles by contributing this way. A gift by credit card can be made at any time by calling the Office of Annual Giving at 1-888-THE-IDOL (Choose Option #2). Please have the following information available:
- Name of donor
- Class year of donor, if applicable
- Credit card number and expiration date
- Amount of gift
- State this is an Annual Fund gift
The College will mail you a receipt acknowledging the amount of your gift.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Call the Annual Giving Office (1-518-388-6175) and find out how to electronically wire funds to Union directly from your bank account. A great way to pay off that pledge over time!

Matching Gifts
Many employers match employee contributions to non-profit organizations and educational institutions like Union. In most cases, employees complete a form (or dial a toll-free number) which is available to them through their personnel office and submit it to the College. If you would like further information about a particular company's matching gift policies, you may contact Liz Epstein at 1-518-388-6142 or go to www.matchinggifts.com/union to see if a particular company offers gift matching.

Making A Pledge
To make a pledge to the Annual Fund, simply dial 1-888-THE IDOL (Choose Option #2). You can make your pledge over the phone or receive a pledge form by fax.
The College will mail you a receipt acknowledging the amount of your gift.
