Admission is simple:  Graduates of the Last Decade (1997-2007) and the graduating Senior Class who make a donation of any size to The Union Fund are members of this special alumni group known as The G.O.L.D. Society.

The G.O.L.D. Society is the launc hing point for service and philanthropy to your Alma Mater.  Your first gifts back to the College, regardless of the size, will mean a LOT.  Your first volunteer position may be on your local club board or as a Class Agent, helping to raise money for your class.  Whatever you can give, whatever you can do, JUST START, and you’ll begin to make a big impact NOW.  Explore the Young Alumni website to learn more.

Best of luck and see you at ReUnion,
Nick and Ali

Welcome message from The Union Fund National Young Alumni Chair:

Hello Everyone,

First, I'd like to thank all G.O.L.D. Society members and Class Head Agents.  We've had a tremendous response from young alumni this year, not only in giving, but also in attendance at events all over the country.  We managed to expose many young alumni to Terrace Council, to our alumni community, and to the concept of giving.

Currently, I am a second year law student, but I also double as the The Union Fund National Young Alumni Chair, representing classes 1997-2007.  Some of you I know very well and others I have not met -- so this is my hello and heads up on how our efforts are going.  We are inching towards the end of the fund year, and we are hoping to continue our success and finish strong.  We all know that the U.S. News and World Report loves to report alumni participation . . .this is our chance to give Union a well-deserved boost!

All of the young alumni I have talked to are excited about getting invovled.  There is a lot of momentum in the younger classes because we all have great memories of Union (although I am still struggling with jealousy over my sister's recent term abroad to Ireland).  If we can just reign in a bit more support, we will be in a great position for the year.

I love to chat "Union" so please feel free to give me a buzz anytime re: ideas or events. I look forward to meeting all of you at Reunion this year.

Sincerely,
Brian Selchick ’06
