Golub Meeting Week 1
Old Business
A. Council breakfast with first years went well!
B. All around U went well too; very well attended.
C. Kabab-a-thon went well considering the weather and club expo happening at the same.
D. Successful resident only meeting/dinner!
E. Very balanced budget breakdown!
F. Robbie Flick’s Photos: One of the photos is missing and the descriptions as well.
G. Grill Issues: Facilities will not fix it for us, because we bought it privately. We will need to find a private person to fix it. No more Friday night barbeques until the spring.
H. Closet Keys: Re-dispersal of keys.
Current Business
A. DDD: They want to use the house every Tuesday, starting this week until the end of the term. Once a month we will fund one of their dinners.
B. Sushi and Shirts: Thursday 9/17; 6-8 p.m. We will give out shirts for freshmen Golub members.
C. Minerva Madness Scavenger Hunt: Saturday 9/19; We will not participate
Future Business
A. Admissions Info Session: Tuesday 9/22; 11-1 p.m.
B. First Year and Faculty Luncheon: Wednesday 9/23; 1-2 p.m. Each council member will invite two faculty members. There will be a sandwich platter for lunch menu.
Miscellaneous
A. Golub House Grant: We need to make the initial application easier to complete. We should broaden the grant to the capital district, but the applicants should only be Golub Members.
