Multicultural Weekend, Columbus Day to bring prospects galore
This weekend and on Monday, Oct. 11, admission staffers are welcoming hundreds of prospective students and their families.
And they're looking for help.
Faculty, staff and students who would like to participate in the Multicultural Weekend on Saturday and Sunday may contact Héctor Léon, director of multicultural recruitment. Events include a lunch on Saturday, sessions about student experience and academic life, and a dinner with Beuth House.
With one of the largest Open Houses set for Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 11, admissions is asking members of the Union community to park in peripheral lots to leave on-campus spaces for the guests.
For more information or to participate, please call Grant Hall at ext. 6112.
The next Open House is set for Veteran's Day, Monday, Nov. 11.
