Prof. Sowa chairs fire prevention panel

John R. Sowa, professor emeritus of chemistry, is chair of the Fire Prevention Task Force for the Town of Glenville, which recently made a series of recommendations on industrial parks in the town. Among other things, Sowa's group suggested the formation of a fire code enforcement program.
