Prof. Wicks authors article on early photography

Frank Wicks, associate professor of mechanical engineering, has authored an article in the July issue of Mechanical Engineering titled "Picture This" about the history of photography and the life and contributions of George Eastman. This year was the 150th anniversary of the birth of the inventor of popular photography, and Wicks attended a celebration at the Eastman House. Mechanical Engineering is the professional journal of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
