Prof. Nedegger presents papers at joint conference

Rudy Nydegger, professor of psychology, presented two papers at the International Business and Economics Research Conference, and the College Teaching and Learning Conference, held jointly recently in Las Vegas. His papers were "Developing a Performance Appraisal System for Non-Exempt Employees in an Academic Setting," and "The Measurement of Student Learning." He also chaired a session in the College Teaching and Learning Conference on "Administrative Issues."
