Prof. Raucci defends dissertation at U Chicago
Stacie Raucci, visiting instructor in classics, successfully defended her dissertation at the University of Chicago on October 8.. Her dissertation, "Gazing Games: Propertius and the Dynamics of Vision," studies the importance of "seeing" and "being seen" to the Roman poet Propertius' elegies on love.
