Safe Zone training planned

If you are interested in becoming an ally in the Safe Zone program for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) students, e-mail Sarah Boone, Assistant Director for Minerva Programs, at boones@union.edu or Kerrie Wolf, Assistant Director of Student Activities, at wolfk@union.edu by Thursday, May 4. The training is tentatively planned for Friday, May 26. The Safe Zone Program is an educationally based program that provides safe spaces for members of the GLBT community through the identification of Union College faculty, administration, and staff who will serve as allies who offer support and information.
