Hislope presents talk, publishes works

Robert Hislope, associate professor of Political Science, will present a talk, "Has the Macedonian Question Been Resolved?," at the Center for Slavic and East European Studies at Ohio State University, Nov. 3. Hislope's manuscript, "From Expressive to Actionable Hatred: Ethnic Divisions and Riots in Macedonia," will appear as a book chapter in Identity Conflicts: Can Violence be Regulated? edited by J. Craig Jenkins and Esther E. Gottlieb (Transaction Publishers, June 2007). Hislope's book review of James Pettifer, ed., "The New Macedonian Question" (New York: Palgrave, 2001) was recently published in Canadian American Slavic Studies, v.4, nos.2-3-4, (2006).
