Pilar Moyano, professor of Spanish, presented two papers: "Las Novísimas: Literatura Femenina Cubana en la Actualidad," at the International Conference of the Hispanic Association of the Humanities, in Madrid, Spain; and "Mujeres que se Descubren: Wallada al-Mustakfi en la Biografía Novelada de Matilde Cabello," at the XXVI International Conference of ALDEEU at the Behrend College of Penn State Erie.
