Ghaly authors cover story

Ashraf M. Ghaly, professor of civil engineering, authored the March 2005 cover story in Concrete Today, the monthly magazine of the Pre-Cast Concrete Association of America. His piece is titled, "Does Concrete Have and Expiration Date?"
