Adrian Frazier Elected Chair of FEC
The faculty on Thursday elected Adrian Frazier of English to a three-year term as chair of the Faculty Executive Committee. George Butterstein of biology, outgoing chair, has agreed to stay on through the end of fall term, when Frazier will be on Term Abroad.
Suzanne Benack, psychology, was elected to a one-year term as secretary of the FEC.
Scott Scullion, classics, was elected to a three-year term as at-large member of the Student Affairs Council.
President Roger Hull extended best wishes on the retirement of four members of the faculty Thomas D'Andrea, psychology; Carl George and Twitty Styles, biology; and Dick Kenyon, dean of engineering.
Terry Weiner, sociology and political science, has been named director of the College's pre-law program, Hull announced.
