Gloria Taylor-Neal presents at higher education conference

Gloria Taylor-Neal, director of  the Academic Opportunity Program/HEOP, presented a workshop at the recent Higher Education Opportunity Program Professional Organization (HEOPPO) conference in East Elmhurst, N.Y. Her presentation was titled "Recruitment and Retention in HEOP and Other Opportunity Programs." She was elected to serve as vice president for HEOPPO through 2004.
