Forum to Explore Quality Issues

Armand V. and Donald S. Feigenbaum, leading authorities on Total Quality Management, are to participate in the fourth annual Feigenbaum Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 13, at 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Room in Feigenbaum Hall.

The topic of this year's forum is "Assessment and Quality Improvement at Union College."

Panelists also include President Roger Hull; Christina Sorum, acting dean of faculty; Susan Lehrman, director of GMI; and J. Douglass Klein, associate dean for information technology.

The Feigenbaums, both Union grads, are founders of General Systems Company in Pittsfield, Mass. The company designs and implements integrated management systems for major corporations and organizations throughout the world.
