Michelle Morrin '01, center, and Kelly Johnson '01, right, chat with Grace Hick on the porch of Mrs. Hick's home at 223 Seward Place on Monday. The students moved into 221 Seward on Sunday to find a sign from the Hick family that read, "Welcome Union Students." Morrin and Johnson are among the first 100 students living in 13 College Park homes purchased and renovated by Union. Another 13 homes are to be renovated by January.
