Swing music offered Friday in 'Lunchtime Jazz'
Lunchtime jazz continues on Friday, Oct. 3, at 12:20 p.m. in Arts 215 where Prof. Tim Olsen and other Capital Region jazz artists will perform selections from the Swing Era.
Other class/concerts, part of Olsen's "History of Jazz" class are set for Oct. 24 (bebop) and Nov. 7 (modern jazz). They are also at 12:20 p.m. in Arts 215.
Admission is free and open to all. The four-concert series is supported by the Performing Arts Department and the Internal Education Fund.
