Martin Wilkinson, Ph.D., a senior lecturer in community health and philosophy at the Auckland School of Medicine, New Zealand. Sponsored by the Center for Bioethics and Clinical Leadership, The Dept. of Philosophy, and the Dept. of Political Science's Pizza, Politics & Bioethics series.

7 p.m. – F.W. Olin Center, Rm. 115 – "12 Windows" film series continues, Dust (Macedonia). Prof. Robert Hislope moderates with special guest director Milcho Manchevski. Plot: A gunfighter from the American West travels to Macedonia and finds "the wild East" in this complex film. (Contains violence and adult content).
7:30 p.m. – Nott Memorial – Rebecca Brown, author of Excerpts from a Family Medical Dictionary, will read from her book and discuss a writer's relationship with small press. Her talk is held in conjunction with the exhibition, "Girl Printers: Talented Women Strut Their Stuff!" a show of works by 37 women printers at the Mandeville Gallery in the Nott Memorial.
