Feigenbaum Forum to focus on retention
Armand V. and Donald S. Feigenbaum, leading authorities on Total Quality Management, are to lead the eighth annual Feigenbaum Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Room in Feigenbaum Hall.
The topic of this year's forum is "Building Processes to Improve Retention."
Panelists also include President Roger Hull; Dan Lundquist, vice president for admissions, financial aid and communications; J. Douglass Klein, director of the Center for Converging Technologies and associate dean for information technology; and Christie Sorum, vice president for academic affairs.
The Feigenbaums, both Union grads, are founders of General Systems Company in Pittsfield, Mass. The company designs and implements integrated management systems for major corporations and organizations throughout the world.
