Prof. McCarty presents paper on California tax revenue

Therese A. McCarty, professor and chair of economics, presented a paper last week titled "Developing a Rule for Allocating Property Tax Revenue in California: Econometrics Meets Politics" at the annual research conference of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management in Washington.
