Professor Philip Kosky delivers talk on "Mad Cow" disease

Philip G. Kosky, distinguished GE research professor of engineering, gave a talk on "Mad Cow" disease at the 20th annual Science Teachers' Association of New York State (STANYS) Eastern Section conference at Siena College.
