Union campus donates to Bali dancers' recovery fund

As of midweek, members of the Union community had raised nearly $1,700 for a theft recovery fund for the Master Dancers of Bali, who did a two-day residency on campus earlier this month.

After their stay at Union, a trailer belonging to the troupe was stolen on a tour stop in the Midwest. Lost were a number of costumes, props and instruments.

The fund is organized by Gail George, who coordinated the residency.
