Tenure committees set

Ad hoc committees have been formed to consider the tenurability of two assistant professors: Steven Rice of Biology, and Zoe Oxley of Political Science.

Members of Rice's committee are Peter Tobiessen (Biology), Brenda Johnson (Mathematics), Raymond Martin (Philosophy), and Mohammad Mafi (Civil Engineering), Chair. (ext. 6313, mafim@union.edu)

For Oxley, members are Professors Terry Weiner (Political Science), George Gmelch (Anthropology), Donna Burton (Schaffer Library) and Jay Newman (Physics), Chair, (ext. 6506, newmanj@union.edu).
