| Description: | Irish poet and playwright Paula Meehan reads from her recent works. Her books of poetry include "Return and No Blame," "The Man Who was Marked by Winter," "Dharmakaya," and "Pillow Talk." "Kirkle" and "The Voyage" are among her plays. Her newest work, a volume of poetry, is called "Painting Rain." A resident of Dublin, Meehan holds two degrees from Trinity College and Eastern Washington University. She is a member of Aosdana, a peer-elected group of creative artists who have made outstanding contributions to the arts in Ireland. For more information, call 388-8065. |
