Faculty Resource Network
at New York University
The Faculty Resource Network (FRN), founded in 1984, is an award-winning, nationally-recognized faculty development initiative whose mission is to improve the quality of teaching and learning at its member and affiliate institutions by providing opportunities for faculty development and cross-institutional collaboration. The Network comprises NYU and 29 liberal arts colleges and universities, including 13 historically black institutions. It has provided thousands of faculty members with enrichment, research and curricular development opportunities.
