1.1 Million Volt Pelletron particle accelerator, National Electrostatics Corporation. This tandem accelerator is used primarily for materials analysis and charactarization using PIXE (Proton Induced X-ray Emission) or RBS (Rutherford Backscattering Spectormetry). Capability to accelerate protons to energies of 2.2 MeV and alpha particles to 3.3 MeV.  Physics, NWSE basement.
Phillips x-ray machine capable of running from 0 to 30kV x rays from as little as 1/2 hour to 24 hours. 4 cameras to take for x-ray photographs in both the forward scattered and backscattered directions.  Physics, NWSE basement.
