About the Library: Employment

When openings occur among the professional librarian and full time staff positions in the library, job announcements are posted on the Union College Human Resources web site.  Please check there for announcements of openings and position descriptions.

Student Positions

The library employs Union College students throughout the year in a wide variety of positions.  Most of these positions are reserved for those with work/study grants.  If you are a Union College student with a work/study grant and are interested in working in the library, please contact Cindy Bouck in the Financial Aid Office at Union College.

Occasionally, library positions become available for students without work/study grants. If you do not have a grant and are interested in working in the library, please contact Cara Molyneaux, Head of Access Services in Schaffer Library.
