Requesting Reference Assistance
Any user of Schaffer Library is encouraged to request reference assistance:
  • In person 
  • By telephone 
  • Via email

In Person: Find the Reference Desk on the main floor of Schaffer Library, to the right as you enter, behind the public computer workstations and across from the elevator.

Hours of Reference Service:

Mondays through Fridays 9am-10pm
Saturdays 10am-5pm
Sundays 11am-10pm
(The above hours apply during academic terms; hours vary during intersessions and summer.)
