Rennes Term Abroad

Rennes Sign Each year during the fall term, Union College offers a study abroad program to Rennes, France. Students take classes on the campus of Rennes 2 University and live with French families. There are frequent excursions to the surrounding regions of Brittany and Normandy, as well as a short stay in Paris. Students return having been fully immersed in the rich language, culture and history of France. Rennes 2 Entrance

This web page was designed principally by Union students as a resource for beginning and intermediate French language classes based on student's term abroad experiences. The associated pages contain photos, video clips and descriptions of the many activities and excursions that students enjor during the term. Quizzes and crossword puzzles have been created for nearly every page so that reading comprehension can be tested. All of the pages have been written in French, so please click on the provided links to the Roger-Collins Dictionary if you have trouble with any of the vocabulary.
