In Mexico during term abroad |
Title of Honors Senior Project for Spanish: "El impacto del neoliberalismo en la sociedad mexicana en tres textos de Víctor Hugo Rascón Banda."
Statement: "I have studied Spanish in a formal setting since middle school. I am very proud to earn this recognition as it is a tribute to the hard work that anyone must put in to learn a foreign language. I went on a term abroad to Mexico and hope to use the Spanish language as a bridge to connect to "hispanohablantes" as I travel to other Latin American nations in the future."
