Welcome to the homepage of Union Coalition for Inclusiveness and Diversity, UCID.
Historically this coalition emerged as a result of efforts of faculty members who recognized a shared understanding of inclusiveness, equality and acceptance of differences are all essential for a productive and respectful learning environment. The coalition has proudly evolved to include staff and all campus community members.
