Development Goals

  1. Secure unrestricted support for the College from alumni, parents, and other sources.
  2. Grow and strengthen volunteer programs.
  3. Engage alumni, parents and friends in ways that will allow them to serve as Union’s strongest advocates.
  4. Acknowledge and give thanks for contributions to the college.
  5. Plan dedications and celebrations for new buildings and other large gifts to the college.
  6. Build and maintain stable data infrastructure for the college.
  7. Provide accurate and timely reporting of alumni outcomes and other departmental efforts.
