IFAS Online Access -
an Integrated Financial and Administrative Solution

IFAS provides web-based financial, human resource, and payroll applications for the campus.  The goal of this system is to provide timely and accurate financial information to all account directors and their support.  Departmental access currently available includes the following:

  • Budget to Actual Reports
  • Transaction Detail Reports 
  • Income Statement Reports
  • Accounts Payable and Purchasing Information 
  • Vendor Lookup (checks to employees and students cannot be viewed)
  • Online Purchasing and Check Requests (coming soon!)

Access to IFAS
If you already have an account, you can connect to IFAS by clicking HERE and using your current Union email username and password (leave off the @union.edu in the username field).  To request an account, please fill out an ITS STAFCA form.  If you have any questions about the access you should request, contact Heather Quaintance at 388-6127 or quaintah@union.edu.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for an account to be created.
