Athletics

Use of the College Athletic Facilities as well as tickets for athletic events are provided free of charge.

Wellness/ Physical Education

The Physical Education program is both non-credit and voluntary. The focus of the program is to provide participants the opportunity to learn skills of selected lifetime sports and promote wellness in fitness classes. These courses are available to full- time students and employees. Registration is in the Intramural Office on the dates listed for each term. A fee is required for some offerings.

Fitness/Wellness class sign-up is taking place today, January 6th through Thursday, January 9th from 9:00am to 5:00 pm. Offerings include 5 sections of aerobics and 3 sections of yoga.Space is limited so sign up ASAP. Intramural Registration is presently taking place and will continue through January 13th. Among the offerings are Broomball, Volleyball, Walleyball, Ice Hockey and Basketball. Entries are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
