Mail Order Prescription Program
Members of Union's medical insurance plans can save themselves both time and money by utilizing the Mail Order Prescription Program. The Mail Order Program can be used for all long term prescriptions and works especially well for maintenance medications. Maintenance medications are those used to treat chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes or allergies. Employees using the Mail Order Program will receive a 90-day supply (three-month supply) of medication for just two co-payments. The UCPOS and CDPHP HMO plans use Caremark.com (1-888-292-6330 for their Mail Order Program. MVP uses Medco.com (1-800-716-3752). All Prescription Mail Order forms are available from Human Resources or your Health Insurance provider.
