Five Union Alumni

Mandeville Gallery, Nott Memorial
July 19, 2007 - October 14, 2007

Exciting and important artwork is being made by Union college alumni artists, and it is a great pleasure to be able to present the work of a select group of them in the exhibition Review: Five Union Alumni. The show features a small number of artists so that each can be represented by a solid body of recent work. The five artists in this exhibition each walk a delicate line between abstraction and naturalism in their work, a balancing act which results is rich, dynamic works of art. The work of each artist involves the examination of our perceptions of the world, and our place in it. This exhibition gives us the chance to discover or rediscover these talented artists and to re-view the world around us through their art.

The artists include: Linda Fisher, Nori Lupfer, A.J. Nadel, Steven Pentak, and Chester Urban.

A full color catalog is available upon request.
