Union College's Card Program provides key department personnel and travelers a more flexible method of buying and reconciling expenses. Through the issuance of a credit card, departments and travelers will be able to make purchases and reduce the number of Limited Purchase Orders, Check Requests, Cash Advances, Petty Cash, and Personal Funds that are used today. The College will also achieve financial benefits along with savings in administrative time and effort spent to process such transactions.

How do I get a card?

The Card Program rollout is in its initial rollout stages. Cards will be issued to identified individuals and key travelers in departments over the course of the year. In the meantime, if there is an emergency situation where you require the use of a credit card, please contact Card Program Office for assistance.
