ITS Loaner Equipment

The equipment may be borrowed from Information Technology Services. Laptops may be borrowed for a maximum of two weeks. All other equipment may be borrowed for a maximum of one week. Equipment may be picked up from the ITS offices in Steinmetz Hall. We recommend that you reserve equipment as soon as you can, at least several days in advance. We can be reached at x6293.

Loaner Policies

• Loaner equipment is for faculty use only
• Equipment must be returned by 4:30 PM on the scheduled return date
• Faculty may not send a student to pick up equipment
• The faculty member who checked out the equipment assumes financial responsibility for any damages or missing parts until the equipment is returned
• Software may not be installed on loaner laptops without permission of ITS

Laptop Descriptions

All laptops loaned by ITS are equipped with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Specialty applications such as Mathematica or SPSS are not installed by default but may be installed by ITS with advance notice.
