The website to access the GarnetMail login page from any computer with internet access is http://mail.garnet.union.edu. For your privacy, if you check your email from a public computer, be sure to sign out of your account when you are finished. Password Change It is possible to change your GarnetMail password through the Google account settings page, but the direct link is http://password.garnet.union.edu. You must know your current password to be able to change it. If you have forgotten your current password, you need to contact ITS at 518-388-6400 or 518-388-6293 to have it reset. USTAR The Union Student Technical Assistance Resources program provides students with a centralized resource for computer support. If you have a problem with your computer, please visit the USTAR office in Steinmetz 101A. Student technicians are available Sunday-Thursday evenings 6-10 pm. ResNet Residential Network Services (ResNet) provides support for connecting student-owned computers and devices to the Union College Network.
