
ResNet
Over 1900
students have registered for ResNet this fall. Technical support for ResNet network
related issues
is available for all Union College students. The ResNet team provides support
with on-campus network setup procedures & the troubleshooting of connectivity
issues for students. The staff can be found in the Information Technology
Services office in Steinmetz hall. So, if you have any trouble with your network
connection, feel free to call our ResNet help line at x8707.
USTAR
The USTAR TechTeam provides students with a centralized resource for general computer support on a daily basis. While virus protection and spyware removal are our primary focus, we provide basic technical support for all ITS supported software, remedy basic networking problems, and assist with some hardware issues. Our technicians are available five days a week, Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 10PM in the USTAR Office (Olin Learning Center, Room 219). To obtain their assistance, go to the USTAR website ustar@union.edu and fill out a request form or stop by the USTAR Office during the service hours.
