Union College Telecommunications
Office Long Distance Authorization

To obtain your personal long distance code, please stop by the Telecommunications Office on the 2nd floor of Old Chapel. Each student must complete an application form in full and will be assigned a random, personal and confidential 7-digit authorization code. Those eligible must be full-time undergraduate students. The student will be informed as to when his/her code will become activated, at which time the student can make long distance phone calls from any residence hall room, most private fraternity rooms and designated courtesy phones on the College’s telecommunications system. Normally, a student will keep the same authorization code for the length of time he/she is an undergraduate student at Union. Calls made with the authorization code are billed monthly to the individual student via campus mail service. There is no charge to have, or change, an authorization code.
