Web Access to Union Telephone Bills
Union College Students/Employee Telephone Bills:
If you are a Union College employee you can view and print your Union telephone bill whenever you want. You can also check past bills, calls rated to date but not yet billed, and rate the cost of a call before you make it. You will need to know your current Union email address (including the @union.edu) as the User Name and your Union College ID number as your Password in order to log on to your account. Your Union College ID number is the number assigned as your personal password, but we encourage you to change your password to a unique password.

Union College Department Telephone Bills:
If you are a Union College department head or a department contact (such as a department secretary or administrative assistant), you can view and print your department’s telephone bills whenever you want. Department heads/chairs and contacts are defined and given access to department bills by the Telecommunications Office. If a department head or contact changes, please let the Telecommunications Office know this. Dept Heads and Contacts will use their own current Union email address (including the @union.edu) as the User Name and their own Union College ID number as the Password in order to log on to the department account. Your Union College ID number is the number assigned as your password when you first get into your phone bills, but we encourage you to change this to a unique password.
