Union College Web Policy Board
The Union College Web Policy Board promotes the use of the World Wide Web in all facets of Union College life, with a special emphasis on using the Web effectively.
The Board encourages all members of the Union College community to develop web sites within the legal and stylistic guidelines of the College, and develops policies that enable campus users to easily create and maintain web sites while ensuring a level of consistency with respect to site navigation, quality of content, visual presentation, and level of service.
The Web Policy Board continuously monitors trends in campus web development to ensure that campus web authors are kept abreast of developments in areas such as privacy, resource allocation, and fair use. The Board drafts and communicates new policies to campus web users.
