Problems with Pasting from Microsoft Office or other formatted sources
If problems arrise with formatting after pasting from a formatted source like Word, Outlook, a PDF or another web page this demonstrates how to undo the error and paste the content into a text editor.
Windows - Notepad (located in Start->Programs->Accessories)
Mac - TextEdit (located in Go->Applications)
A text editor will remove all content formatting which can then be pasted into the CMS editor. After pasting from Notepad or TextEdit you will need to format your content with headers, bold, italics, etc.
This solution leverages the "Versions" function which saves a snapshot of every page at every submit and allows you to review previous versions and activate a prior version for publishing and editing.
