Union College Personal Safety Alert
At approximately 9:45 p.m. Monday, April 30, a robbery occurred involving a woman student who was confronted in the area of the pedestrian gate at Breazzano house on Union Avenue. A male wearing dark clothing, a black face mask and dark jeans pushed the victim and took her wallet and cell phone. As the suspect was fleeing, he threw the wallet at the victim and ran east on Union Avenue. The incident was not reported to Campus Safety or the Schenectady Police until 5 P.M. Tuesday, May 1.
We all have to remain alert to safety when walking on Union's campus.
